Rummy App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Rummy App ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at RummyApp.vin. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or content on the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the Rummy App platform, including but not limited to: online rummy and card games, the Game Lobby, Fish Games, Casino slots and table games, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and the Deposit facility. Additional product-specific rules may apply to individual games or promotions and will be displayed within those sections where applicable.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read and interpreted in English. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version will take precedence.

The Rummy App platform is strictly for adults. You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The platform does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18, without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being) — corporate or automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Rummy App or any of its service providers in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.

Each user is permitted to hold one account on the Rummy App platform only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Rummy App reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification, to confirm your identity and age.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, games played, and deposits made — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately using the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.
• Rummy App will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent the platform.

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be flagged for review. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

All financial transactions on the Rummy App platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange rate markups, and no foreign transaction fees applied by the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount that arrives in your account wallet.

The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposits
• Raast – instant interbank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard bank-to-bank transfers in PKR
• Cards – debit and credit cards where supported
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet providers

Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmation from your payment provider. Rummy App does not control processing times at the payment provider's end, though most mobile wallet deposits reflect within seconds under normal conditions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and may take additional time depending on your chosen payment method and banking institution. Rummy App reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

Rummy App does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not registered in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

The Rummy App platform offers a range of game types including rummy card games, casino slots, live casino table games, fish games, and sports betting markets covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports. Each game or betting market operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within that game or market interface.

By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the platform's recorded result will be treated as definitive, provided there is no evidence of a system error.

• All casino and card game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealing. Results are not influenced by stake size, account history, or any other user-specific factor.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed. The odds confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of a cancelled sporting event or an abandoned match, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and may differ by product or user tier.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms. If such exploitation is identified, any winnings generated through it will be voided and the account may be closed. Please report any bugs or errors you encounter through our support channel so they can be resolved promptly.

Rummy App may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. These are communicated alongside each promotion when it is made available.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and matched betting using platform funds — is prohibited.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Rummy App reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has already opted in and met the initial conditions, reasonable steps will be taken to honour the value already earned.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once is not permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rummy App platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and further action where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applied to your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or conduct any activity on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play against other users or the platform in card games or rummy.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that is illegal under applicable laws.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform or its underlying systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards other users or platform staff in any communication channel.

Rummy App collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify user identity, process payments, and provide customer support. The types of data collected include registration details, device and session information, transaction history, and gameplay activity.

Your data is used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at rummyapp.vin/privacy-policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you withdraw consent, some or all platform services may no longer be available to you, as certain data processing is essential to platform operation.

All content on the Rummy App platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, interface design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Rummy App or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute this content outside of normal platform use.

You may not take screenshots or recordings of live casino sessions, game outcomes, or other platform content for the purpose of commercial distribution without explicit written permission from Rummy App. Personal, non-commercial sharing of general platform content is permissible provided it does not misrepresent the platform or mislead other users.

The Rummy App platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times.

• Rummy App is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delays, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, or third-party payment provider issues.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with a third party.
• Gaming involves financial risk. Losses incurred through normal gameplay are not refundable. By using the platform you acknowledge and accept this risk.
• In any event, Rummy App's liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Rummy App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• There is a risk to the integrity of games or the safety of other users.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recent verified payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, Rummy App reserves the right to retain any balance in the account. Where there is uncertainty about the circumstances, we will conduct a review before making a final determination.

Rummy App is committed to providing an entertainment platform that is used responsibly. Gaming is meant to be a leisure activity, and we encourage all users to approach it with a defined entertainment budget and clear personal limits on time and spend.

• Only play with money you can afford to lose. Treat your gaming budget as an entertainment expense, not an investment.
• Do not chase losses. If a session is going badly, the right response is to stop and come back another time — not to increase stakes in an attempt to recover.
