Account & Registration

Head to the Register page and fill in your name, active Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a secure password. Once you submit the form you will receive a one-time OTP on your mobile number — enter it to verify your account and you are done. The whole process takes under five minutes and is completely free.

Yes — Rummy App is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage all players to be mindful of their time and budget while playing on the platform.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Operating multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. If you have lost access to your original account, use the password recovery option or contact support rather than registering again.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP will be sent to your mobile — use it to set a new password. The whole process takes about two minutes. Make sure the mobile number you registered with is still active and receiving SMS messages.

Deposits & Payments

Rummy App supports a range of popular Pakistani payment options including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees to worry about.

Deposits made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check the Deposit page for your transaction status or contact support.

Yes, a minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed on the Deposit page for each payment method. The minimums are kept low so that players on any budget can get started without any pressure to deposit a large amount. Always check the current limits before making a transaction.

Rummy App does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — for example, your bank or mobile wallet service — may apply their own processing charges. Check with your provider if you are unsure. All displayed amounts on the platform are in PKR.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the withdrawal section, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit as a security measure. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers tend to be faster — often within a few hours. Bank transfers can take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-traffic periods or if additional verification is required.

Withdrawals may be held for verification if it is your first withdrawal, if the amount is unusually large, or if your account information needs to be confirmed. Ensuring your account is fully verified — with a valid ID document uploaded — significantly speeds up the process. If a withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Yes — a minimum withdrawal limit applies and is shown in your account withdrawal section. The limit is set per payment method. You will not be able to initiate a withdrawal below the minimum, so make sure your available balance meets the threshold before requesting.
